Adding new locations is simple and easy. For this you just need to have a new contract with a customer. Once you signed it you are able to select a Hotspot and start setting everything.
Once you get the Hotspot number of the device you chose, you must type it in 'Devices'; in your dashboard account. When you find it please select the magic wand option:
Once you click on the magic wand you will get to the provisioning page in which you can start setting the information of the new location. Please remember to choose the correct option:guest Marketing or Review Management or both.
Press on continue and for next steps you will need the Facebook Fan page of the venue and all the information required in the contract.
Continue by filling all the data about the location
Finish all the information and be very careful with:
- Customer's email: should be correct and would be the main user, so it's preferable that its the one that would use later on the dashboard. This email is the one receiving the outbound marketing information in the future. (Outbound emails info are the steps to start using correctly the platform).
- Customers contact information, must be precise.
- Subscription type: must be the one you agreed with the customer.
Once you finish you will have the hotspot provisioned and ready to be used by the customer in his/her dashboard.
